Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Travel Sales Consultant based in Aurangabad. The Travel Sales Consultant will be responsible for consulting with clients to determine their travel needs, managing travel arrangements, making reservations, and providing exceptional customer service. The role includes day-to-day tasks such as planning and coordinating travel itineraries, processing travel bookings, and ensuring customer satisfaction through personalized service.
Qualifications
- Travel Consulting, Travel Management, and Travel Arrangements skills
- Proficiency in making Reservations
- Strong Customer Service skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Prior experience min 2 yr in the travel industry is must
- Bachelor's degree in a related field is plus
- Immediate Joining preferred
