Your Role: Driving Solar Sales
This is a dynamic, target-driven, and field-intensive position. You will be responsible for the full sales cycle:
- Lead Management:
Partially generating new leads and qualifying company-provided prospects. - Customer Visits:
Conducting field visits, delivering presentations, and effectively communicating the value of solar energy. - Consultation & Quoting:
Understanding customer needs, preparing accurate and competitive
quotes
, and presenting tailored solutions. - Closing:
Negotiating and
closing sales deals
to meet and exceed monthly targets. - CRM & Reporting:
Diligently updating customer interactions in the
CRM
and managing your workflow. - Handover:
Ensuring a smooth transition of closed projects to the execution team.
What We Offer

₹20,000 per month

Requirements
- Location:
Must be residing in
Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar
or willing to relocate. - Experience:
No prior sales experience is required
Basic sales skills or aptitude are a plus, but we value enthusiasm and a strong work ethic most. - Mandatory:
You must own a reliable
personal vehicle
(two-wheeler/four-wheeler) and a
personal laptop
for field work and reporting. - Soft Skills:
Excellent verbal communication, a proactive attitude, and discipline in managing a field-based workflow.
