Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven female Sales Executive with 2–4 years of proven experience in IT SaaS sales, business development, lead generation, or value-added services (VAS) business. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a track record of achieving sales targets, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients in the technology sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, qualify, and convert new business opportunities for our software solutions.

  • Drive the end-to-end B2B sales cycle — from lead generation to deal closure.

  • Promote and sell Strides' SaaS-based solutions to target segments.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with decision-makers and influencers.

  • Conduct engaging product presentations and demos for prospective clients.

  • Maintain accurate sales pipeline, activity reports, and client data in CRM tools.

  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging opportunities.

Qualifications & Skills
  • Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline (MBA in Marketing/Sales preferred).

  • 2–4 years of proven experience in IT SaaS sales, business development, lead generation, or VAS business.

  • Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and customer relationship management.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
