  • You will develop and implement annual plans for hourly associates. You will coordinate with labor trainers and HR/Training teams to ensure timely recertification.
  • You will drive plant optimization through training delivery, skill gap analysis, assessments, and module creation.
  • You will collaborate with Plant CSD/POL teams to meet compliance requirements and align with AOP targets.
  • You will ensure manpower availability, manage contract billing accurately, reduce absenteeism, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • You will handle disciplinary actions related to safety and quality. You will support statutory compliance, including permits and licenses, to maintain business continuity.
  • You will assist in welfare activities, maintain MIS, and support plant audits.
