Job Title: HR Manager

Experience Required: 4–5 Years
Qualification: MBA/PGDM in HR or a relevant discipline

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection for both plant and corporate roles.

  • Handle onboarding, induction, and orientation programs for new employees.

  • Formulate, implement, and monitor HR policies with organizational objectives.

  • Drive performance management processes including goal setting, appraisals, and feedback mechanisms.

  • Lead employee engagement initiatives, address grievances, and promote a healthy work culture.

  • Plan and coordinate training & development programs to enhance employee technical and soft skills.

  • Manage payroll inputs, attendance systems, and coordinate with finance for accurate and timely salary disbursement.

  • Maintain and monitor employee records, leave management, and oversee exit formalities.

  • Liaise with government and statutory bodies for compliance, clearances, and other HR-related requirements.

Skills Required

  • Strong knowledge of HR functions in a manufacturing unit.

  • Hands-on experience with HRMS tools and MS Office applications.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and people management skills.

  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

  • Ability to manage teams and collaborate effectively with cross-functional departments.
