Job Description of Asst Manager – Electrical Maintenance Tire building area

Reporting to Maintenance Manager-BTB - ensuring reliability of BTB equipment's through PM, PdM and breakdown maintenance activities through PO - RE methodology


• Analysis of shift breakdown through why why

  • Implementation and follow up of good Countermeasures on breakdown

  • Shift management of Electrical team as well as mechanical team

  • Coordinat ion within the Business Team during shifts with production and quality team


• Listing of obsolete equipment and its plan to upgrade


• Repeated issues analysis and improvement activities


• Responsible to control of waste , spare parts & cost


• Able to lead electrical team during shift and achieve MTTR & MTBF


• Carry out planned maintenance and predictive maintenance activities
