Business Development Executive

Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to identify, engage, and convert new clients
- Proactively prospect and generate a consistent pipeline of qualified leads through cold calling, networking, and other prospecting activities
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of our products and services, and effectively communicate their value proposition to potential clients
- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM system to track sales activities and pipeline
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing and customer success, to deliver a seamless customer experience
- Continuously seek to expand your product knowledge and stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven track record of success in sales and business development, preferably in a similar industry
- Excellent sales skills, including prospecting, negotiation, and closing abilities
- Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles, with the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Proficient in lead generation techniques, such as cold calling and networking
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport and maintain long-term relationships with clients
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets
- Proficient in using CRM tools to manage sales activities and pipeline
- Excellent product knowledge and the ability to articulate the unique value proposition
- Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable deals and close sales
- Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹15, ₹30,000.00 per month
