Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive with proven experience in the metal industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving B2B sales for our metal components.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new B2B clients in relevant industries (automotive, fabrication, engineering, etc.).
- Understand client requirements for metal parts and provide suitable solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Conduct regular market research to identify growth opportunities and industry trends.
- Coordinate with the production and technical teams to ensure product feasibility and timely deliveries.
- Prepare and present quotations, negotiate pricing, and close deals.
- Maintain sales records, pipelines, and reports in an organized manner.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Represent the company at exhibitions, trade fairs, and client meetings.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 2–5 years of sales experience in the metal industry (metal parts, components, fabrication, press parts, CNC, etc.).
- Strong understanding of metal manufacturing processes and B2B sales cycle.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build long-term professional relationships.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Ability to travel for client meetings when required.
