Location: Nerul - Navi Mumbai
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary Range: ₹3.5 Lakh – ₹5.5 Lakh per annum
Incentives: Performance-based commission
Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented IT Sales Executive with 5–10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets through effective lead generation and deal closures.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business leads through various channels (cold calling, data mining, networking, etc.)
- Conduct client visits and meetings to present IT products, ITES and IT related services - CRM, ERP, App, Website etc
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable offerings
- Manage the entire sales cycle — from lead generation to client closing
- Maintain and update client databases and sales records
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and support
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree or higher (any discipline)
- Masters will be advantage
- 5–10 years of proven experience in IT Sales / B2B Sales / ITes / IT related services
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong client-handling and presentation abilities
- Target-driven attitude with the ability to work independently
- Basic understanding of IT products and services
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and online research
Additional Requirements:
- Own laptop is mandatory
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits
Compensation & Benefits:
- Fixed salary: ₹3.5 Lakh – ₹5.5 Lakh per annum (based on experience)
- Attractive performance-based commission structure

Work Timings ● Monday - Friday - Full Day
Saturday - Half Day
