Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an IB Diploma Business Management Faculty at MIT Vishwashanti Gurukul World School, located in Pune. The faculty member will be responsible for developing and delivering the Business Management curriculum, conducting research for internal assessment and extended essay, and providing training to students. Daily tasks include preparing lesson plans, conducting engaging and meaningful classes,, assessing student progress, and participating in faculty meetings and professional development activities. Since this position is for immediate joining or with 1 month notice, only interested candidates are requested to apply

Qualifications

  • Experience in Curriculum Development and teaching in International schools
  • Strong Research skills
  • Experience in Training and mentoring students
  • Knowledge of Business and Economics for interdisciplinary approaches
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and students
  • Master's or PhD in Business Management or Economics, or related field
  • IB teaching experience is a plus
