Roles & Responsibilities

Admissions Management

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive admissions strategy aligned with the school's vision and IB philosophy.
  • Manage the complete admissions lifecycle including enquiries, campus tours, assessments, interviews, documentation, and enrolments.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective students to achieve enrolment targets.
  • Counsel prospective parents and students on the IB curriculum, academic pathways, and school culture.
  • Collaborate with academic teams to design entry assessments and orientation programmes for new students.

Marketing & Branding

  • Design and execute marketing strategies to establish Symbiosis Group of Schools as a premier IB institution.
  • Oversee digital marketing initiatives including social media, website updates, newsletters, and online campaigns.
  • Plan and manage open houses, information sessions, and engagement events for prospective families.
  • Develop partnerships with feeder schools, corporates, embassies, and relocation agencies to attract a diverse student body.
  • Ensure consistent brand communication aligned with Symbiosis beliefs and IB values.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Master's degree in Marketing, Education Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 10–15 years of relevant experience in admissions, marketing, or brand management within reputed schools, universities, or educational institutions (preferably IB/International curriculum).
  • Proven track record of achieving enrolment targets and building strong community relations.
  • Strong communication, counselling, and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
  • Expertise in digital marketing, event management, and branding.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with academic and administrative teams.
