Location: Phoenix World School, Pune

Job Type: Full-Time

Salary: ₹25,000– ₹30,000 (based on experience & performance)

Job Description:

Phoenix World School is seeking a dynamic and motivated Admission Counsellor to guide prospective students and parents through the admission process. The candidate should have excellent communication skills, a friendly personality, and the ability to achieve admission targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle student and parent enquiries through calls, emails, and walk-ins.
  • Provide detailed information about the school's courses, facilities, admission process, and fee structure.
  • Counsel students and parents to help them make informed decisions.
  • Maintain records of enquiries, follow-ups, and admissions.
  • Coordinate with the academic and administration teams for smooth admission procedures.
  • Participate in school events, admission drives, and promotional activities.
  • Achieve monthly/annual admission targets.

Requirements & Skills:

  • Graduate in any stream (Education/Management background preferred).
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in counselling/admissions/education sector preferred (freshers with good communication skills may also apply).
  • Excellent communication English and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong convincing and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic computer knowledge.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
