Key Responsibilities:

  • Guide and support parents through the admissions journey
  • Conduct school tours, open houses, and orientation sessions
  • Build relationships and create a positive first impression of GGIS
  • Track leads and ensure timely follow-ups
  • Collaborate with the marketing and admin teams
  • Maintain organized, efficient communication systems

What We're Looking For:

2–5 years of experience in counselling, admissions, or customer-facing roles

Excellent communication in English

A warm, approachable personality with attention to detail

Tech-savvy, proactive, and people-focused
