About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and student-focused Admission Counsellor to guide prospective parents and students through the admission process. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and prior experience in school admissions or a similar counselling role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inquiries from parents through calls, walk-ins, emails, and school visits.
  • Provide accurate information about school programs, curriculum, facilities, and admission procedures.
  • Counsel prospective parents to understand their requirements and guide them through the admission journey.
  • Maintain follow-up with leads to ensure high conversion rates.
  • Coordinate school tours and orientation sessions for prospective families.
  • Maintain and update admission records, inquiry logs, and data in the school ERP/CRM system.
  • Support in executing admission events, open houses, and promotional activities.
  • Collaborate with academic and admin teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new students.
  • Assist in documentation and verification during the admission process.

Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and handle parent interactions professionally.
  • Sales or counselling attitude with good persuasion skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of CRM/ERP systems is an advantage.
  • Pleasant personality and confident presentation skills.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Education: Minimum Graduate (mandatory)
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years as an Admission Counsellor or in a related role (education sector preferred)
  • Language: Fluency in English; proficiency in local/regional language preferred
