Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Admission Counsellor role located in Pune. The Admission Counsellor will provide guidance to prospective students, assess their educational needs, and assist them in making informed decisions about their academic and career paths. Key responsibilities include conducting counseling sessions, responding to inquiries, maintaining student records, and supporting the admissions team in achieving its goals. The role requires active engagement with students and parents to help them navigate the application and admission process.

Qualifications

  • Strong Interpersonal Communication and Communication skills to foster meaningful engagement with students and parents
  • Customer Service and Sales skills to provide exceptional support and effectively guide individuals through the admissions process
  • Experience or understanding in the Education domain, including knowledge of academic programs and institutional policies
  • Proficiency in building relationships and providing personalized counseling
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting and meet deadlines effectively
  • Bachelor's degree in education, management, or a related field preferred
  • Prior experience in an admissions or counseling role is an added advantage
