Key Responsibilities

Counsel prospective students on available courses, admission process, and career pathways.

Understand student needs and recommend suitable programs.

Handle walk-ins, calls, and online enquiries.

Follow up with leads and convert them into admissions.

Maintain records of interactions and student information.

Support in organizing walk-in drives, events, and promotional activities.

Requirements

Experience: 6 months 2 years in academic counselling, student advisory, or a related field.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to build rapport and provide a positive student experience.

Basic computer and MS Office knowledge.
