Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead negotiations and establish strategic partnerships and alliances to expand market reach.
  • Plan, budget, and execute strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
  • Manage end-to-end execution of promotional events, branding activities, and client campaigns across properties.
  • Prepare and share weekly and monthly revenue reports with the leadership team.
  • Create and present Monthly Review Reports (MRRs) to evaluate departmental performance and assist in strategic planning.
  • Collaborate with operations, legal, finance, and marketing teams to ensure seamless delivery of client commitments.
  • Monitor market trends and identify new opportunities to drive sales growth and improve occupancy.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through timely execution, service excellence, and quality deliverables.
