Director of Back Office

- Manage back-office functions including Finance, HR, Legal/Compliance, and Administration to ensure efficient operations.
- Develop and implement policies, procedures, and best practices for all support functions.
- Oversee financial processes, including planning, budgeting, cost control, and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, corporate policies, and legal requirements.
- Manage administrative and HR functions, including recruitment, payroll, and employee relations.
- Partner with leadership to align back-office operations with business objectives.
- Develop and mentor back-office team members to build a high-performing department.
- Act as the primary liaison for all communications and collaborations with the headquarters in Vietnam.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, HR, Law, or related fields.
- 10-15 years of experience, including 5+ years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of Finance, Compliance, HR operations, and Administrative management.
- Proven experience in process improvement and operational efficiency strategies.
- Experience working with international teams.
- English proficiency equivalent to IELTS 7.0+ or business fluency.
