Description
  1. The Regional Head – Large Corporate will lead the relationship management team covering clients within the assigned region. 
  2. The individual will be responsible for driving business performance across asset and liability products, managing portfolio profitability, and ensuring portfolio quality in alignment with the bank's strategic objectives. 
  3. This is a coverage role, accountable for business origination, deepening of existing relationships, and risk management.
Responsibilities

Managerial Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and mentor a team of Relationship Managers to achieve business targets under the guidance of the Business Head.
  2. Drive new client acquisition and expand existing relationships across asset and liability products. 
  3. Maintain full accountability for portfolio quality, credit risk, and profitability. 
  4. Monitor client performance, ensure compliance with regulatory norms, and collaborate with credit and risk teams for timely reviews. 
  5. Represent the bank in key client meetings, ensuring high service standards and revenue growth.

Functional Responsibilities:

  1. The Regional Head - Large Corporate leads a team of Relationship Managers to achieve business targets across asset and liability products, working closely with the Zonal Head. 
  2. Responsible for originating new large corporate clients and expanding wallet share from existing relationships, while ensuring portfolio quality and managing credit risk. 
  3. Oversees portfolio profitability, monitors client performance, and coordinates with credit, risk, and compliance teams for timely reviews. 
  4. Acts as the primary client contact, driving revenue growth through cross-selling and delivering excellent service, while maintaining strict regulatory compliance and governance standards.
Qualifications

MBA/ Graduate

Min Experience: 14 years

Max Experience: 16 years
