Role Description

The Regional Manager (P&L, Strategy, and BD) oversees regional businesses, aligning operations with company strategies to achieve sustainable profitability and growth. This full-time, on-site position, based in Ahmedabad, involves developing and executing business strategies, leading business development efforts, optimizing financial and operational performance, and fostering customer and client relationships. Additionally, the Regional Manager will be responsible for managing daily business operations, overseeing budgets, leading cross-functional teams, and identifying new market opportunities to foster regional expansion and success.

Qualifications

  • Proven leadership abilities, including team management, strategic decision-making, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Expertise in Profit & Loss (P&L) management, financial analysis, and budgeting to drive business performance and profitability.
  • Strong skills in Business Development, including market analysis, client acquisition, and relationship management.
  • Strategic planning and problem-solving skills to develop targeted initiatives for regional growth and success.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the construction or geotechnical industry; experience in managing large-scale projects preferred.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills, as well as proficiency in negotiation and presentation.
  • Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad and adapt to dynamic business requirements in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
