As a Regional Service Manager at Ola Electric, you are not just a leader; you're a catalyst, transforming how a region delivers on the promise of EV ownership.

What Drives You: You thrive in fast-paced environments, bring 10–15 years of hands-on experience running service operations across multiple centers, and have managed both the numbers and the nuances—P&L, high complaint volumes, and demanding customers are your daily territory. With a B.E./B.Tech (Mechanical, Electrical, Automobile, Electronics) and ideally an MBA/PGDM, you blend technical depth with business acumen. Certifications in diagnostics or EV systems make you future-ready.

The Difference You Make: Your days are spent on the ground and in the driver's seat—coaching area leads, troubleshooting escalations, and ensuring every service associate learns what quality really means. Your vision scales regions, yet your execution delivers daily: minimizing wait times, maximizing first-time fixes, controlling costs, and consistently exceeding customer satisfaction (CSI/NPS) targets. With digital dashboards, field-force and DMS tools at your fingertips, and a working knowledge of predictive analytics, you turn service data into actionable improvements and lasting impact.

How You Work: You're relentlessly customer-focused—proactive in resolving complaints, transparent in communication, and driven by a deep sense of ownership for both the customer and the brand. With a passion for process, you institutionalize SOPs, uphold warranty cost controls, and optimize the parts supply chain. You thrive on collaboration—working with product, ops, and CX teams to lift standards, drive innovations, and lock in reliability.
