What Drives You: You thrive in fast-paced environments, bring 10–15 years of hands-on experience running service operations across multiple centers, and have managed both the numbers and the nuances—P&L, high complaint volumes, and demanding customers are your daily territory. With a B.E./B.Tech (Mechanical, Electrical, Automobile, Electronics) and ideally an MBA/PGDM, you blend technical depth with business acumen. Certifications in diagnostics or EV systems make you future-ready.

With digital dashboards, field-force and DMS tools at your fingertips, and a working knowledge of predictive analytics, you turn service data into actionable improvements and lasting impact.

With a passion for process, you institutionalize SOPs, uphold warranty cost controls, and optimize the parts supply chain.
