Role Description
The Regional Sales Manager - West is a full-time, on-site role. The primary responsibilities include developing and implementing sales strategies to drive growth and achieve revenue targets in the Western region. The role involves managing relationships with channel partners, overseeing sales operations, analyzing market trends, and identifying new business opportunities. The Regional Sales Manager is also responsible for mentoring and leading a sales team to meet organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and business development skills, including the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.
- Experience in managing client relationships and working effectively with channel partners.
- Proficiency in market analysis and strategic planning to drive regional sales growth.

- Proven track record in achieving or exceeding sales targets, preferably within the lighting or LED industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region as required.
