HR Executive JD

  • Handle recruitment activities and orientation of new joinees.
  • Maintain employee records, employee information, leaves, attendance and payroll.
  • Development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and other HR-related matters.
  • Handle monthly performance review to analyse the productivity of each employee.
  • Handle annual performance appraisal to decide the annual salary increment.
  • Manage employee grievance to maintain healthy professional relationship between employees and their reporting managers, without compromising on productivity.
  • Assist in routine administrative work.

Qualification and Skills required

  • Candidate should be a graduate with 3-4 years of experience in HR role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Should be good at MS office and internet based tools.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
