Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented **HR Executive** with 1–2 years of experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will support HR operations, employee engagement, and compliance, ensuring smooth HR processes that align with our company's values and business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding).
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases accurately.
  • Coordinate payroll processing and leave/attendance management.
  • Support performance appraisal cycles and training initiatives.
  • Handle employee queries and provide day-to-day HR support.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Contribute to employee engagement activities and culture-building initiatives

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of HR experience (preferably in logistics/shipping or related industries).
  • Good knowledge of HR operations, labor laws, and recruitment practices.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of HR software is a plus.
