Job Title: Customer Support – Team Member

About Us:
We provide insurance solutions to corporate clients, including risk evaluation, portfolio management, insurance broking, and claims advisory services. Our goal is to support businesses with customised solutions so they can focus on growth while we manage their risk and insurance needs.
Role Overview:
As a Customer Support Team Member, you will be the first point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring smooth service delivery, handling queries, and supporting them with insurance and claims processes. This role also involves coordinating with internal teams to provide timely solutions and maintaining long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary contact for client queries and support.
- Assist with employee and HR-related insurance queries.
- Handle claims management, including documentation and coordination with TPAs.
- Support planned hospitalisation and wellness activities for employees.
- Maintain and update client portals, databases, and MIS reports.
- Ensure end-to-end service delivery within agreed timelines.
- Work with the team to support client retention and explore cross-sell opportunities.
QualificationsWe are looking for:
- PGDBM / MBA
- 5-7 years of relevant experience (preferably broking firm/TPA)
- Highly preferred Good knowledge of MS Office- MS Excel, MS Word and MS Power Point Ability to multitask with problem-solving skills
- Self-driven, enthusiastic person with hunger to make it big
- Have an external focus and a real passion for client servicing.
- Good communication and presentation skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹300, ₹400,000.00 per year
