Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Lead Sales Executive located in Chennai. The Lead Sales Executive will manage daily sales operations, build and manage sales teams, develop sales strategies, and nurture client relationships. Responsibilities include setting sales targets, preparing sales reports, and improving overall sales performance to meet organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Sales Management and developing sales strategies
- Strong leadership skills to build and manage sales teams
- Excellent negotiation, relationship-building, and communication skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics
- Ability to work on-site in Chennai
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
