Position: Specialist Customer Care

Grade: BA3

Location: Pune & Noida (Work from Office)

Interview Mode: In-person (Walk-in Drive)

Date: 23rd August 2025

Reporting Time: 9:45 AM

Drive Time: 10:00 AM onwards

Venue: Lobby / Reception

About the Role

We are looking for experienced Customer Care Specialists with a strong background in the Contact Center industry, preferably in the Banking domain. If you are passionate about customer service, have excellent communication skills, and can thrive in a dynamic environment, we would love to meet you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer queries with professionalism and empathy.
  • Provide accurate information and resolve issues effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with KYC and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Contact Center / BPO / Voice / KPO / Calling industry
  • Prior international contact center experience preferred
  • Strong communication & interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of KYC processes
