Role & responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and maintain calendars, appointments, and schedules for senior leadership.
- Organize meetings, set agendas, track action points, and coordinate follow-ups with leadership.
- Manage travel bookings, logistics, and itinerary planning efficiently.
- Draft professional emails, meeting minutes, and business communications.
- Organize key documents and reports.
- Assist with data analysis and prepare presentations as needed.
- Liaise with internal teams and leadership to ensure smooth information flow and timely follow-ups.
- Demonstrate strong working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Handle multiple tasks, take initiative, and adapt to dynamic priorities and leadership requirements.
Preferred candidate profile
- 4- 9 years of experience in executive support, preferably supporting senior leadership or C-suite executives.
- Male candidates are preferrable
- Prior experience in corporate environments, especially in fast-paced or matrix organizations.
- Bachelors degree or Masters degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Additional certifications in Office Administration, Project Management, or Executive Support are a plus.
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
