Togethr is a fast-growing post-purchase rewards and brand discovery platform. We help D2C brands acquire new customers and monetize their thank-you pages by showcasing high-performing, relevant offers. We've already partnered with 200+ consumer brands and are scaling rapidly across e-commerce, fintech, and app ecosystems. Our product sits at the intersection of performance marketing, loyalty, and customer journeys. We're a lean, execution-first team backed by traction — and we're looking for driven professionals to build strong brand and traffic partnerships with us.

Role & Responsibilities:

  1. Lead Generation & Outreach: Identify D2C brands, affiliates, and traffic partners; run cold email, LinkedIn, and DM campaigns; and set up demos.
  2. Pitching & Partnerships: Present Togethr's performance-driven model to potential partners and manage deal closures.
  3. Onboarding Management: Collect offers, activate campaigns, and ensure a smooth handoff to the product team.
  4. Cross-team Coordination: Work closely with the product & tech teams to enable tracking and campaign setup.
  5. Pipeline & Reporting: Maintain an updated sales pipeline and share weekly performance reports.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  1. Experience: 1–6 years in Partnerships, Business Development, or Growth (preferably in D2C, AdTech, MarTech, or Affiliate industries).
  2. Strong research and lead generation skills with a knack for consistent follow-ups.
  3. Excellent communication and pitching skills; ability to simplify complex ideas.
  4. Independent hustler with a target-driven mindset.
  5. Comfortable using CRM tools, LinkedIn outreach, and basic Excel/Notion.
  6. Bonus: Experience in performance-based marketing or brand onboarding.
