1. Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Research and identify potential clients through online platforms, databases, and networking.
  • Assist in cold calling, sending introductory emails, and generating qualified leads.
  • Maintain and update lead information in CRM or Excel sheets.

2. Sales Support & Coordination

  • Schedule meetings, demos, and follow-ups for the Business Development team.
  • Support senior team members during client meetings, demos, or calls.
  • Coordinate between internal teams for proposal creation, documentation, and service delivery.

3. Client Communication

  • Engage with clients via phone, email, and online meetings.
  • Share company information, service details, proposals, and relevant documents.
  • Maintain professionalism and positive communication at all times.

4. Market Research

  • Conduct basic research on industries, target segments, and competitors.
  • Prepare summaries and reports to support strategic planning.

5. Documentation & Reporting

  • Prepare daily task updates, follow-up reports, and lead progress reports.
  • Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, presentations, and Excel sheets.

6. Learning & Development

  • Undergo on-job training for sales techniques, product knowledge, CRM usage, and communication skills.
  • Implement feedback and continuously improve performance.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹5, ₹12,000.00 per month
