Role Description
We are seeking a dynamic
Business Development Executive
to join our team in Hyderabad. The role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, generating leads, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement business development strategies aligned with company goals.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
- Conduct market research to understand trends and competitor activities.
- Prepare and deliver professional business presentations to potential clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customized solutions.
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales and revenue targets.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 2 to 5 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or account management.
- Strong understanding of digital platforms, technology, or financial services (knowledge of blockchain/fintech is a plus).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong business acumen and ability to identify growth opportunities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
