We are seeking an experienced and proactive Senior Finance Executive - Accounts Payable to oversee our Finance operations. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in accounting, good communication skills and good Excel proficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Processing of invoices after proper validation.3-way PO matching, authorization, etc
  • Must be able to utilize MS Excel for data analysis.
  • Review the related GL balances and be able to reconcile any differences.
  • Should be able to perform vendor reconciliation and bank reconciliation.
  • Should have fair understanding of AP controls.
  • Should understand GLs like advances, amortization and Fixed Asset accounting.
  • Develop and maintain process documentation and standard operating procedures.
  • Should be able to handle work pressure and ad hoc work requests

What you'll need:

  • CA
  • 2 years+ experience in a similar role in Finance or Accounting.
  • Good hands on experience in overall finance and accounts.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and accounts payable processes.
  • Good in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas, etc.).
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to handle high volumes of transactions and deadlines.
