We are seeking an experienced and proactive Senior Finance Executive – Accounts Payable to oversee our Finance operations. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in accounting, good communication skills and good Excel proficiency.
Key Responsibilities:Processing of invoices after proper validation.3-way PO matching, authorization, etcMust be able to utilize MS Excel for data analysis. Review the related GL balances and be able to reconcile any differences. Should be able to perform vendor reconciliation and bank reconciliation.
Should have fair understanding of AP controls. Should understand GLs like advances, amortization and Fixed Asset accounting. Develop and maintain process documentation and standard operating procedures.
Should be able to handle work pressure and ad hoc work requestsWhat you'll need:B.Com/M.Com/MBA/ CA2 years+ experience in a similar role in Finance or Accounting. Good hands on experience in overall finance and accounts. Strong understanding of accounting principles and accounts payable processes.
Good in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas, etc.). Excellent communication skills. Ability to handle high volumes of transactions and deadlines.
