We are seeking a highly motivated Recruiter to join our Retail TA team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the recruitment process for a variety of roles. Key Responsibilities:

Manage end to end recruitment process, including negotiating job offers and driving closures

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field

Minimum of 3+ years of experience in recruiting for a variety of positions and levels

Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and trends

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
