- We are looking for an experienced HR Operations Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a solid understanding of HR processes, and hands-on experience in managing day-to-day HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and support core HR processes such as onboarding, employee engagement, and documentation.
- Ensure smooth execution of HR operations while maintaining data accuracy and compliance.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address employee queries and provide timely support.
- Prepare HR reports and maintain employee records using advanced Excel functions.
- Design and create HR-related content using Canva and other relevant tools.
- Contribute to process improvements and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR operations or a related HR role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes, policies, and best practices.
- Proficiency in MS Office, MS Suite, and Canva.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30, ₹40,000.00 per month
