About Us

Agriplast Protected Cultivation is a greenhouse manufacturing company in India that specialises in building large-scale commercial greenhouse farms. Our range includes polyhouses, Greenhouses, Net Houses, and polytunnels.

Role Overview

We're hiring a strategic, hands-on Performance Marketing Manager to build and scale our growth engine from the ground up. You'll own
SEO (including blog writing) and Google Ads
end-to-end to drive qa ualified pipeline and revenue. Partner closely with our sales and leadership teams to drive brand awareness, generate qualified leads and ensure seamless project execution.

You'll take full ownership of our marketing stack—
GA4, GSC, GTM, conversion tracking, CRM, and reporting
—and establish the playbooks, dashboards, and processes we'll scale on. As we grow, you'll mentor future team members and manage freelancers/vendors, ensuring consistent quality and speed.

The ideal candidate will bring a superior strategic outlook and "get things done" leadership skills. The marketing manager will also lead the department's logistics, including staffing, knowledge management, opportunity tracking, reporting, and CRM efforts.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Planning

  • Build the
    SEO + Google Ads plan
    from scratch: demand mapping, funnel stages, budgets, and monthly targets.
  • Create the
    content strategy
    (topic clusters, briefs, editorial calendar) around grower pains, specs, and decision criteria.

SEO & Content Execution

  • Keyword research (commercial/transactional + TOFU/MOFU) and search intent mapping.
  • On-page & technical SEO: titles, internal links, schema, CWV/site speed basics, crawl/index hygiene.
  • Content production: write or brief SEO-optimised blogs/landing pages, coordinate edits/design, and publish in CMS.
  • Authority building: pursue compliant partnerships/PR/backlinks relevant to agritech/industrial buyers.

Google Ads

  • Own account structure, keywords, match types, negatives, ad copy, extensions, and landing page alignment.
  • Run experiments (bids, audiences, creative, landing pages), manage budgets, and optimise to CPL/ROAS.
  • Implement full-funnel conversion tracking (GTM, GA4, enhanced conversions, offline import to capture CRM sales).

Team & Vendor Management (as we scale)

  • Recruit and manage freelance writers/designers or agencies; define SLAs, briefs, and QA.
  • Maintain libraries for creative, imagery, and case studies; keep process docs current.

Align sales & marketing with clear KPIs

Bridge the gap via constant communication, weekly sales reviews, setting and tracking lead-generation, conversion and cost-per-lead targets and reporting ROI to leadership.

Product-tech mastery

Attain fundamental level expertise about greenhouse industry, climate-control projects and cultivation technologies, and leverage that know-how to craft compelling messaging and materials.

Market intelligence

Conduct internal/external research on opportunities, prospects and competitors with the help of the backend and frontend sales team.

Maintain marketing backbone & ad-hoc responsibilities

Oversee materials ordering, project docs, image libraries and award submissions, handle any other duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience:
    5–8 years in B2B/technical marketing, preferably in agriculture, greenhouse or industrial segments.
  • Skills:
    Hands-on with SEO tools (e.g. SEMrush, Ahrefs), Google Ads and CMS/blog platforms.
  • Team Building:
    Proven track record of hiring, mentoring and scaling small teams.
  • Analytical Mindset:
    Comfortable setting KPIs, interpreting dashboards (Google Analytics, CRM reports) and presenting insights.
  • Communication:
    Exceptional writing and presentation skills, able to simplify complex technical concepts.
  • Self-Starter:

Thrives in a dynamic "build-from-scratch" environment and takes ownership end-to-end.
