We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Guest Service Expert to join our team in the F&B service department at Marriott Hotel. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in guest service, preferably in the hospitality industry.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and concerns are addressed promptly.
  • Manage and coordinate food and beverage services to ensure high-quality products and excellent presentation.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, feedback, and complaints.
  • Continuously monitor and improve guest service standards to maintain excellence.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in guest service, preferably in the hospitality industry, with a focus on F&B service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to interact effectively with guests and colleagues.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills are necessary to handle complex situations and provide effective solutions.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, and maintenance procedures.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software is an asset.
