We are looking for a motivated and energetic Sales Executive with prior experience in packaging films, plastic products, or industrial B2B sales. The candidate should be confident in field selling, capable of building strong customer relationships, and resilient enough to handle market rejections while maintaining high morale and enthusiasm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and approach potential customers in industrial packaging, converters, traders, and manufacturers using door-to-door and direct sales methods.

  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients.

  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable packaging film solutions (Stretch Film, Cling Film, LD Film, etc.)

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through consistent follow-ups and account management.

  • Prepare and submit quotations, sales reports, and competitor analyses.

  • Coordinate with the production and dispatch teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

  • Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, or client meetings when required.

  • Maintain discipline, punctuality, and professional behavior while representing the company in the market.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 1–3 years of experience in packaging films, plastic industry, or industrial consumable sales.

  • Education: Graduate (preferably in Business, Marketing, or related technical fields).

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Hindi; local language fluency is an advantage.

  • Personality Traits:

  • High energy and positive attitude

  • Resilient under rejection

  • Self-motivated and result-oriented

  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills

  • Other Skills: Basic computer proficiency (Excel, WhatsApp, CRM tools).

  • License: Candidate must have a valid driving license and willingness to travel extensively for field sales.
