**Job Title**: International Sales Representative - IT & Consulting Services
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Client Identification & Proposal Management**:

- Develop and manage proposals, presentations, and pricing discussions to address client requirements effectively.

**Negotiation & Deal Closure**:

- Lead negotiations with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Drive the closure of deals while aligning with company goals and revenue targets.

**Client Retention & Relationship Management**:

- Foster and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients across global markets to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Act as a key point of contact for client queries and ensure client satisfaction by delivering exceptional service.

**Solution Presentation**:

- Present the company’s IT & consulting solutions to clients, demonstrating how they address specific challenges and align with business goals.
- Conduct virtual product or service demonstrations tailored to the client’s needs.

**Pipeline Building & CRM Management**:

- Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads to meet sales targets.
- Accurately log and track all sales activities in the CRM, ensuring data integrity and progress visibility.

**Sales Reporting & Market Intelligence**:

- Provide regular updates on sales activities, pipeline progress, and performance metrics to management.
- Stay updated on global market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to position the company’s offerings effectively.

**Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the marketing and pre-sales teams to align strategies, optimize lead generation, and ensure seamless client engagement.
- Share feedback with internal teams to enhance services, solutions, and marketing initiatives.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in inside sales with a focus on international markets, particularly the US, for 2+ years.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively.
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems and sales platforms for pipeline management.
- Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Apollo, and Slack.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time management skills.
- Strong understanding of global market trends and IT consulting solutions.
