About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced
Non-Tech Recruiter
to support hiring for our
US Residential Mortgage Process
. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in mortgage domain hiring and be capable of managing end-to-end recruitment for both volume and niche roles within the operations function.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage
    end-to-end recruitment
    for the US Residential Mortgage domain, including roles in Underwriting, Processing, Closing, and Quality Control.
  • Partner with business teams to understand position requirements and deliver qualified candidates within agreed timelines.
  • Source candidates through
    job portals and social media
    .
  • Conduct initial screening to assess candidates' suitability, domain exposure, and communication skills.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with panel members and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
  • Maintain and update recruitment trackers, reports, and dashboards regularly.
  • Support hiring drives and virtual interviews across Chennai, Bangalore, and Hyderabad locations.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 2 to 4 years
    of experience in
    non-technical recruitment
    , preferably in
    US mortgage domain hiring
    .
  • Strong knowledge of hiring for
    Underwriting, Processing, Closing, and Post-Closing
    roles.
  • Proven ability to manage
    high-volume hiring
    within tight timelines.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and coordination skills.
  • Comfortable working from
    Chennai, Bangalore, or Hyderabad
    based on business needs.
  • Flexibility to support extended hours when required for US-shift coordination.
