Position Title
: Chief of Staff to Chief Executive Officer
Location:
Bangalore (5 days Work from Office)
About the Role
The Chief of Staff will serve as a trusted strategic partner and advisor to the CEO, driving execution of the company's strategic priorities, enabling effective decision-making, and ensuring alignment across leadership teams. This role requires a blend of business acumen, project management, analytical thinking, and interpersonal excellence to optimize the CEO's time and enhance organizational effectiveness.
What you'll do at Digitide
-Strategic Planning & Execution
- Support the CEO in driving key strategic initiatives and business priorities.
- Coordinate cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Prepare executive updates, presentations, and business reviews.
-Leadership Support & Coordination
- Facilitate leadership meetings — managing agendas, follow-ups, and key action items.
- Act as a bridge between the CEO and internal teams to ensure effective communication and accountability.
-Business Insights & Decision Support
- Conduct research and analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Track business metrics and provide insights to improve performance and execution.
-CEO Office Management
- Manage the CEO's priorities, calendar, and key communications.
- Represent the CEO's office in internal initiatives and special projects.
-Culture & Organizational Effectiveness
- Champion the company's mission, culture, and values across teams.
- Support talent initiatives, leadership communication, and organizational development efforts.
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent preferred.
- 4–6 years of experience in management consulting, business operations, strategy, or a fast-paced corporate environment.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and organizational abilities.
- High degree of integrity, discretion, and adaptability.
