Role Overview

We're looking for a savvy Chief of Staff to work directly with our CTO & Founder. This isn't your everyday role—it's a strategic, hands-on partnership designed to ensure smooth execution across high-impact initiatives and day-to-day operations. Key Responsibilities

Stakeholder Communication & Meeting Preparation:

  • Prepare for Key Meetings: Organize and prepare materials for all-hands meetings, board meetings, and other high-impact gatherings.
  • Liaison Role: Ensure clear communication between the CTO, internal teams, and external stakeholders, keeping everyone aligned and informed.
  • Drive Clarity and Momentum : Takes ownership of preparing for all-hands, leading meetings when required, and ensuring discussions translate into concrete outcomes and next steps.

Strategic Execution & Cross-Functional Coordination:

  • Drive Projects Forward: Assist in the execution of key initiatives across team projects, breaking down strategic goals into actionable steps.
  • Facilitate Collaboration: Work collaboratively with various teams to ensure that projects are executed effectively and deadlines are met.
  • Program Management: Own and execute special, cross‑functional programs end‑to‑end from charter and OKRs through planning, execution, change management, and measurement. (Examples include running CTO staff meetings and weekly reviews, ensure smooth office operations, maintain the CTO priority stack and intake/triage)
  • Budget, Vendors & Tooling: Partner with Finance on budgeting/forecasting for the CTO org; oversee vendor relationships and contracts, track spend vs. plan and ROI.
  • Coach and Uplevel: Provide 1:1 coaching focused on communication, project management, and collaboration to help individuals operate more effectively.
  • Anticipate Needs: Proactively predict the needs of the principal and the business, surfacing risks and opportunities early and preparing materials or follow-ups ahead of time.
Experience & Skills
  • Proven Track Record: Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Chief of Staff, within a founder's office, or in a related operational role.
  • Strategic & Hands-On: Ability to translate strategy into action while managing day-to-day details without missing the big picture.
  • Effective Communicator: Strong written and verbal communication skills to clearly articulate ideas and ensure alignment across teams.
  • Adaptable & Proactive: Thrive in a fast-paced environment, taking initiative and navigating ambiguity with a positive attitude.
  • People‑centric: Skilled at building trusted relationships across levels and functions.
  • Bias for Action : Acts decisively and moves fast to make progress. Prefers taking initiative and learning through execution over waiting for perfect conditions.
  • Builder / AI‑native: Comfortable with technology and able to create or automate internal systems and workflows when needed.
