About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic
Chief of Staff
to work directly with the CEO and founding team to drive execution across our 4 verticals—Startup Acceleration, AI Services and Government Innovation Projects. This is a high-impact role blending strategic planning, business development, operations, and project management, with exposure to domestic and international expansion efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Execution

  • Work closely with the CEO to define and execute the 12-month strategic roadmap across business units.
  • Translate goals into quarterly OKRs, track progress, and ensure alignment across all partners.
  • Own strategic projects end-to-end: research, plan, execute, report.

Sales & Growth Enablement

  • Prepare business proposals, decks, and pitches for clients, governments, investors.
  • Conduct research on new market opportunities (India, Middle East, US).
  • Support expansion efforts by coordinating partnerships, outreach, and pre-sales materials.

Operations & Program Management

  • Act as a central program manager across verticals to ensure project milestones are achieved.
  • Set up review cadences, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms.
  • Help build repeatable playbooks for internal workflows, hiring, onboarding, etc.

Partner & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Serve as a coordination bridge across all internal stakeholders (CEO, CTO, Govt Lead, Sales, HR).
  • Drive accountability by monitoring and nudging shared responsibilities.

Innovation & Thought Leadership

  • Collaborate with the team on content creation (blogs, LinkedIn, strategy docs, frameworks).
  • Help shape strategic narratives and storytelling for brand building.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years in management consulting, strategy roles, VC-backed startups, or innovation firms.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong grasp of business, tech, and startup ecosystems.
  • Highly organized, self-driven, and comfortable with ambiguity.
  • Experience working with founders or in Chief of Staff, BizOps, or Program roles is a big plus.
