We're looking for a
Chief of Staff – Founder's Office
— someone who'll work directly with the Founders across strategy, product, execution, and revenue creation. You'll help drive key initiatives, shape narratives, power launches, and represent Kogo at the frontlines of innovation.

This isn't a back-office role. You'll sit right where things happen
— from new partnerships and product decisions to events, showcases, and customer conversations. One day you'll be building a deck that lands a deal, the next you'll be on a flight helping us close it.

We're not big on titles or degrees. What matters is exposure, curiosity, and the ability to get things done. You might be a graduate, a dropout, or something in between — as long as you've seen enough of the real world to know how to think fast and execute faster.

What you'll need to rock this party

  • Strong organisational instincts — you keep chaos moving in the right direction.
  • Excellent written, visual, and verbal communication.
  • A natural storyteller who can turn complex ideas into sharp, simple narratives.
  • Hands-on with
    GenAI tools
    and modern work stacks (Slides, Notion, Figma, ChatGPT, etc.).
  • Comfortable working on
    Mac
    and across
    time zones
    — especially the US.
  • Ready to travel, including
    occasional overseas trips
    (a
    US visa
    is a bonus).
  • Emotionally intelligent, detail-driven, and calm under pressure.
  • Hungry to learn, hungry to build — you don't wait for instructions.

This role is all-consuming, fast, and full of context. You'll be close to everything that matters, learn faster than any MBA could teach you, and play a real part in building something big.
