 who can 
design, build, and execute an innovative hiring system

What You'll Do

  • Build a 
    structured, scalable hiring engine
     — from job scorecards to on boarding.
  • Experiment with sourcing strategies (job portals, LinkedIn, campus, referrals, networking).
  • Drive 
    end-to-end hiring initiatives
     — including special projects like campus recruitment.
  • Ensure 
    quality hires
    : 90%+ of new employees meet or exceed expectations.
  • Track hiring data, optimize strategies, and continuously improve.
  • Document best practices and create a 
    hiring playbook
     for the company.

  • 3–8 years of experience in 
    talent acquisition/recruitment
    .
  • Strong 
    execution + ownership mindset

  • Proactive, experimental, and data-driven.

Compensation & Perks

  • Base Salary:
     ₹6 – 10 LPA (depending on experience).
  • Performance Bonus:
     10–15% of CTC (quarterly), tied to speed, quality, and innovation in hiring.
