
Patient Support Executive – US

We are seeking a highly organized and compassionate Clinic / Patient Support Executive to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for our US patients and clinical staff, ensuring smooth communication and efficient clinic operations.
Your primary responsibility will be managing patient communications, scheduling and playing a key role in delivering high-quality healthcare support to our US-based operations.
Key Responsibilities
Remote Communication & Patient Management
Serve as the first point of contact for patients and clinical staff via phone and email.
Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments.
Update and maintain accurate patient records in the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.
Coordination Duties
Assist with billing inquiries and payment processing.
Act as liaison between patients, doctors, nurses, and staff to ensure smooth coordination.
Operational Efficiency
Proactively resolve issues related to scheduling or patient queries.
Ensure compliance with confidentiality standards (HIPAA).
Provide clear instructions to patients regarding appointments and care plans.
Qualifications
Any Graduate – English Medium only
Minimum 1 year of experience in US telecalling / support functions
US Accent – Mandatory
Excellent verbal & written English communication skills.
Strong phone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in healthcare / patient support preferred.
Basic understanding of medical terminology is a plus.
