Patient Assistance Pass Counter Receptionist

Key Responsibilities:
Patient and Visitor Assistance: Greet patients, family members, and visitors with a positive and welcoming attitude.
Answer general inquiries regarding hospital policies, departments, and services.
Issuing Passes: Provide patient and visitor passes as per the facility's protocols, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
Ensure that all pass issuance follows security and privacy guidelines.
Registration Support: Assist patients with the check-in process by verifying patient information, including personal details, insurance information, and any medical documents. Ensure accurate data entry into the hospitals systems.
Managing Patient Flow: Notify relevant departments of patient arrivals and assist in directing patients to the appropriate areas within the facility.
Monitor waiting areas and ensure that patients are comfortable.
Administrative Tasks: Perform clerical duties such as answering phones, scheduling appointments, filing, and maintaining accurate patient and visitor records.
Ensure the front desk area is organized and clean.
Coordination with Healthcare Teams: Collaborate with doctors, nurses, and other medical staff to facilitate smooth operations. Communicate with security staff regarding visitor passes and safety protocols.
Basic knowledge of English, soft spoken, Computer savvy, Graduation and communication skills.
