Job Summary:
We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join Dezire Clinic. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience managing front desk operations, handling administrative tasks, and ensuring excellent client service. This role requires strong organizational skills, a pleasant demeanor, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Front Desk Management: Manage reception operations, greet visitors, and provide a welcoming experience.
- Visitor & Appointment Handling: Maintain accurate records of visitor logs, schedule appointments, and coordinate client check-ins.
- Communication: Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and ensure timely communication with colleagues regarding important updates and notifications.
- Administrative Support: Perform data entry, maintain records, file documents, and prepare reports as required.
- Correspondence Handling: Manage incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and official communication.
- Cash Collection & Management: Handle billing, receive payments, maintain transaction records, and ensure proper cash handling protocols.
- Office Coordination: Assist in maintaining office supplies and ensuring the reception area remains neat and professional.
- Client Support: Address client inquiries, provide relevant information about services, and assist with basic concerns.
- Confidentiality & Professionalism: Ensure client confidentiality and adhere to professional ethics in all interactions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in a receptionist or front desk role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and appointment scheduling software.
- Basic knowledge of billing and cash handling procedures.
- Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a healthcare or clinic environment is a plus.
- Familiarity with medical appointment systems and basic healthcare terminology.
