About the Role:

We are looking for a smart, presentable, and customer-friendly Receptionist to manage our front desk and handle administrative tasks. You will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, representing our company professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and friendly manner

Manage incoming phone calls and inquiries

Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor badges

Receive, sort, and distribute mails, couriers & documents

Schedule and coordinate appointments/meetings

Maintain reception area cleanliness & presentation

Assist HR/Admin team with basic clerical tasks

Handle queries and provide accurate information

Monitor office supplies & communicate requirements

Required Skills:

Good communication skills (Hindi/English/Marathi)

Pleasant personality & professional attitude

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Excel)

Good telephone etiquette

Time management & multitasking ability

Customer-focused approach

Eligibility:

Minimum 12th Pass or Graduate.

Minimum 1 year of Experience as receptionist/front desk.

Soft Skills, Polite & positive attitude. Problem-solving mindset.

Good grooming & presentation
