We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager / Online Bidder with 2–4 years' experience in generating sales from freelancing platforms like Upwork, Freelancer etc.

Responsibilities:

  • Bid and win projects in Digital Marketing, Illustration, 2D & 3D Animation
  • Write customized proposals and communicate with international clients
  • Manage and optimize Upwork profiles, portfolios & case studies
  • Handle client interactions, negotiations, and deal closures
  • Daily reporting and achieving sales targets

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of getting projects on Upwork
  • Strong English communication & proposal writing skills
  • Knowledge of sales cycle and client management
  • Ability to work independently and hit targets
  • Comfortable with Evening shift (4 PM – 12 AM IST)

Compensation: Fixed salary + attractive commission on each sale
