We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager / Online Bidder with 2–4 years' experience in generating sales from freelancing platforms like Upwork, Freelancer etc.
Responsibilities:
- Bid and win projects in Digital Marketing, Illustration, 2D & 3D Animation
- Write customized proposals and communicate with international clients
- Manage and optimize Upwork profiles, portfolios & case studies
- Handle client interactions, negotiations, and deal closures
- Daily reporting and achieving sales targets
Requirements:
- Proven track record of getting projects on Upwork
- Strong English communication & proposal writing skills
- Knowledge of sales cycle and client management
- Ability to work independently and hit targets
- Comfortable with Evening shift (4 PM – 12 AM IST)
Compensation: Fixed salary + attractive commission on each sale
